Refund policy


All items are vintage and pre-loved and they may show minor signs of wear, any flaws will be mentioned in the description. Please check out the description for sizing, measurements and conditions before purchasing.  You can email us if you have further questions before purchasing an item at

Due to each item being vintage and one of a kind on our store we do not accept returns unless faulty. If  you received a faulty item  we are truly sorry –we will be happy to help with the return process. You can start a returns process here.

- Items must be returned within 14 days working days of receiving the item. You will receive the refund in store credit to use across the online store.

 -returns  must be sent back in their original conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags still attached)

-it’s the buyer responsibility to cover shipping costs, and we are unable to refund the original postage cost of the order. We recommend using tracked postage to return an item to avoid issues if the parcel is lost.


We cannot accept returns for:

-products returned after the valid returns period of 14 working days

-underwear, jewellery, shoes, accessories ( bags, hats, headscarves, sunglasses, bags etc)

-items sent back to us without first requesting a return
